• Audit Instrument (Draft)
  While the Audit instrument changes for each individual library, this draft of version 3 offers an overview of the starting document that is then altered to fit the library's needs. 
  
  
• DEI Definitions
  Part of the Audit process involved identifying how the Library or Information Organization defines DEI (and possibly other concepts including accessibility, social justice, and anti-racism). This file offers a starting point for organizations that may not already have organizational or institutional definitions.
  
  
• Team Leader Suggestions
  Most libraries rely on teams or groups to complete the Audit process. These groups need team leaders who take responsbility for submitting the Audit instrument. This document includes ten suggestions for team leaders.
